Thursday, Feb 14th – Thank My Beautiful Wife

If you are ever in Indonesia give me a shout because you have to try my wife’s cooking.  She is fantastic at whipping up some amazing meals.  Todays dinner was out of this world!

Thank you honey!

Breakfast – oatmeal, whey, peanut butter & hot low-fat milk

Snack 1 – a boiled egg & a low-fat yogurt

Lunch – Two slices of whole meal bread, chicken breast & mayo

Snack 2 – apple & a handful of nuts

Dinner – grilled beef, red peppers & onions mixed with a selection of green leafy vegetables

Snack 3 – mixed raw vegetables (carrots, peppers, lettuce & cucumber), a dollop of mayonnaise & nuts

Drink – 3 liters of water
