Saturday, March 1st – The Simple Things in Life

Breakfast – whey shake & a low-fat yogurt

Snack 1 – nothing

Lunch – two slices of whole meal bread, 1 egg & mayo

Snack 2 – oatmeal, whey & hot low-fat milk

CHEAT MEAL – fried fish & soy noodles and chicken with an iced lemon tea

Drink – 2.5 liters of water & 1 BLOND 😉
