Sunday, Feb 24th – Smoothie Sunday

Breakfast – oatmeal, whey, cinnamon powder & hot low-fat milk

Snack 1 – low-fat yogurt & a handful of nuts

Lunch – two slices of whole meal bread, 1 egg & mayo

Snack 2 – smoothie; whey, strawberries, oatmeal & low-fat milk

Dinner – grilled chicken & kangkong (a green leafy vegetable)

Drink – 3 liters of water

Saturday 12th – An Accident with Cheese

With my heart acting all weird I think that It has also affected my mind.  I was in the bedroom and Daniel was asleep and I kind of blacked out and then woke up in the kitchen in the process of making a toasted cheese sandwich, strange or what, huh?

Breakfast – Quaker Oats, whey, hot low-fat milk, and one table spoonful of peanut butter

Snack 1 – Low-fat Strawberry Yogurt

Lunch – a mysterious toasted cheese sandwich

Snack 2 – apple & raw carrot

Dinner – homemade chicken (real on the bone and dead) soup

Snack 3 – half a watermelon.

Friday 11th – No evil cravings today

Breakfast – Quaker oats, hot low-fat milk, table spoonful of peanut butter.

Snack 1 – Prune Yogurt

Lunch – Two slices of wholemeal brown bread, two boiled eggs, and a table spoonful of mayonnaise

Snack 2 – apple

Dinner – Omelet; 4 eggs, 2 slices of low-fat cheese, hand-full of fresh mushrooms and a breast of chicken. 

Snack 3 – Star Fruit x2
