Monday, Jan 28th – The McDonald’s Tractor Beam

Ok I went home today and my lovely wife had ordered McDonald’s ::sniff, sniff:: yep, I stole a burger! I don’t feel to guilty about it, I am allowed one free meal every week. I usually have this on Saturday but I have already had it today so this Saturday I will keep to the foods that I am allowed to eat. No problem, I am going good and feeling confident.

Breakfast – oatmeal, whey, peanut butter & hot low-fat milk

Snack 1 – raw carrot

Lunch – two slices of whole meal bread with 1 breast of chicken, mayo and a thin-cut slice of cheese

Snack 2 – apple

Dinner – 1 McDonald’s Double Cheese Burger

Snack 3 – nothing

Tuesday 15th – Tummy Fighting Back!

Today was difficult, tummy was growling a lot today. I went a little off track but nothing to serious.

Breakfast – Quaker Oatmeal, whey, 1 table spoonful of peanut butter & hot low-fat milk.

Snack 1 – raw carrot

Lunch – Two slices of wholemeal bread, 2 boiled eggs, thin-cut slice of cheese, and a table spoonful of mayo

Snack 2 – apple

Dinner – Pork soup (on the bone)

Snack 3 – Oatmeal, 1 table spoonful of peanut butter & hot low-fat milk.

Snack 4 – Star Fruit (x2)

Monday 14th – Sailing Through

Breakfast – Quaker Oatmeal, Whey, 1 table spoonful of Peanut butter and low-fat hot milk.

Snack 1 – raw carrot

Lunch – 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 1 breast of chicken, 1 table spoonful of mayo and a thin slice of low-fat cheese

Snack 2 – apple

Dinner – Omelet; 4 eggs, 1 breast of chicken, handful of mushrooms and a thin slice of low-fat cheese

Snack 3 – slice of watermelon

Sunday 13th – Feeling Good

Today I am feeling quite fit. No heart pains thank God. Here’s what I scoffed today;

Breakfast – Quaker Oatmeal, Whey, 1 table spoonful of peanut butter & hot milk.

Snack 1 – 1 Star fruit

Lunch – Two slices of whole meal bread, tuna, low-fat mayo

Snack 2 – Prune Yogurt

Dinner – It’s called Kwatau; soya noodles and beef with bean shoots and Olive oil.

Snack 3 two raw carrots

Saturday 12th – An Accident with Cheese

With my heart acting all weird I think that It has also affected my mind.  I was in the bedroom and Daniel was asleep and I kind of blacked out and then woke up in the kitchen in the process of making a toasted cheese sandwich, strange or what, huh?

Breakfast – Quaker Oats, whey, hot low-fat milk, and one table spoonful of peanut butter

Snack 1 – Low-fat Strawberry Yogurt

Lunch – a mysterious toasted cheese sandwich

Snack 2 – apple & raw carrot

Dinner – homemade chicken (real on the bone and dead) soup

Snack 3 – half a watermelon.

Friday 11th – No evil cravings today

Breakfast – Quaker oats, hot low-fat milk, table spoonful of peanut butter.

Snack 1 – Prune Yogurt

Lunch – Two slices of wholemeal brown bread, two boiled eggs, and a table spoonful of mayonnaise

Snack 2 – apple

Dinner – Omelet; 4 eggs, 2 slices of low-fat cheese, hand-full of fresh mushrooms and a breast of chicken. 

Snack 3 – Star Fruit x2
