This is kind of funny, but I had my first tuna fish that didn’t come from a can today. Yep Susan bought a freshly caught tuna and steamed it for me with a fresh salad and boy was it a feast.
Breakfast – oatmeal, whey, cinnamon powder & hot low-fat milk
Snack 1 – nothing
Lunch – Two slices of whole meal bread, tuna & mayo
Snack 2 – a tablespoonful of peanut butter
Dinner – freshly caught tuna, and a raw salad (carrots, peppers, lettuce & cucumber) mayo, and peanuts
Drink – 2.5 liters of water
